Today is the day I get back on track with my life. Ever since my decision to drop out of competition sports my sophomore year of high school, my fitness routine has become less and less of a routine, and I've felt it take a toll on my body and especially my confidence. I have decided to make adjustments to my diet and lifestyle so I can get in shape and become a 'skinnyfat turned skinnyfit' girl! My goal for this blog is to document my body's changes and give myself as well as others a boost in motivation and self-esteem. Are you willing to go on this journey with me?
